Delivery

We realise that once ordered you will be eagerly awaiting your goods so we work to despatch your order promptly. We will always aim to despatch orders as quickly as possible on the day the order is placed before 4.30 pm on working days (Tuesday to Friday) and 12 pm on Saturdays  these orders will be sent either via Royal Mail or an alternative reputable delivery service as a signed for package. If, however, your order is urgent and you wish us to despatch by a priority service please contact us as this can be easily arranged but may incur an additional charge.  We reserve the right with heavily discounted goods to contact you regarding excess postage that would be incurred and either cancel the order or arrange payment of the excess. Overseas order may incur excess charges with orders over 2 kgs but you will of course be notified.

Should a delivery fail to arrive please notify us immediately and we will do everything we can to track down your order.

Returns & Refund

We at Jack and Jill Kidswear take our customer’s satisfaction seriously and we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. We always hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase but recognise that occasionally there can be issues with the goods once they are received.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return within 7 days of delivery and we will offer you a refund or to exchange your item if you so wish. Please feel free to call or E mail us to see if the problem can be resolved however if not then return to Jack and Jill Kidswear 68, Walsall Road, Sutton Coldfield, B74 4QY.

Please enclose a copy of the delivery note with the goods. You will be responsible for any postage charges. All returned (non-faulty) goods must be in their original packaging, with the relevant tags still in place and in a resalable condition. In the case of footwear, this means they must not have been worn outside. In the case of underwear and swimwear, the item must not have been worn.

Please note that only if goods are faulty will we will refund delivery/ postage costs and items will be credited to the account originally used to purchase the items.
